The CRD held a public information session on January 14, 2013, in the middle of winter and 12km from the park.

This email to the CRD at the time questioned the reason for the session as the public were not being told anything about the proposed new park plan, nor was their input being solicited.   What information that was given to the public there was either inaccurate or incomplete.     If information implies accuracy and completeness, then this was not an "information" session.
