2011 public 800 signature petition to the CRD to clean the ditches at island View Beach

This 800 signature petition was first presented by Mayor Jack Mar to CRD Park staff on July 20 2011.    CRD Park staff did not pass it on to the Regional parks Committee.   

It was represented to the Regional Parks Committee by Jason Austin on September 21, 2011.
