A letter of frustration to the CRD senior staff and CRD directors on August 19 2011

I say again, this is a disgrace and I hope this message will reach someone at the CRD with the courage and the decency to stand up and say "we have overlooked this, and we will deal with it now."    

I conclude by having to say candidly to you all, that this experience of dealing with the CRD makes me realize why the CRD is so widely disliked.  The arrogance and the lack of accountability; have been appalling.
