Resolution of Central Saanich Council to CRD to clean the ditches September 2011

Note - a copy of the letter is not available at the moment so shown below is a copy of an email from the Municipal Clerk of Central Saanich detailing the Council resolution and confirming that a letter was delivered to the CRD.  Also below is an extract from the minutes of the CRD Regional parks Committee of September 21 2011 that make reference to the letter from Central Saanich.
